Netball trials for all children will be held at school on the days outlined below. Children will be withdrawn from classes throughout the morning to trial for their new 2010 team. Please make sure that your child has suitable footwear at school on this day. Trialling can be a worrying but also an exciting time for children, especially those who are anxious to improve their skills or who have played with friends and may find themselves in a different team, making new friends for the season. Please talk to your child before the trials and assure them that whatever team they find themselves in, they will still have every opportunity to improve both individual skills and team spirit.
Once the trials are complete, the teams will be chosen and the children informed. Contact will also be made to parents in that team for assistance with coaching, managing and umpiring.
Trialling the children:
-Girls up to Year 6 will trial in a range of positions
-Year 6 girls to trial for one position
-No mixed year level teams – All teams will be year level based and the girls will trial for the top team in each year level.

Netball Trials for Year 4, 5 & 6 will be independent as Tanya, Stacey & Sopo have daughters to be selected in these age groups.
