WEDNESDAY 3RD SEPTEMBER
Tai Chi performance, 9.10am (weather permitting)
As part of our NZ Chinese Language Week celebrations, we warmly invite all students who are part of the Chinese community to wear traditional Chinese clothing or something that represents Chinese culture on this day.
THURSDAY 4TH SEPTEMBER
Year 3 trip to Kelly Tarltons
Lion dance performance, (for Year 4-6) 11.05am-11.35am on the school courts (weather permitting)

FRIDAY 5TH SEPTEMBER
Book character dress up parade, 9.10am on the school courts (weather permitting)
We encourage students to be creative and look at home for items to create costumes, recycling what you already own for the Book Character Dress Up Parade.
ADDITIONAL NOTICES
STUDENT LED CONFERENCES – Student Led Conferences will be held on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th September in your child’s classroom from 3.30pm. Further information including booking details will be sent home with your child next Wednesday 3rd September.
SCHOLASTIC BOOK FAIR (SITUATED IN THE LIBRARY) – The Scholastic Book Fair will be open for students to view during their library lesson time from Monday. The Book Fair will be open to parents for sales on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th September 8.00am-9.00am, 3.00pm-5.00pm (coinciding with our SLCs). Cash and EFTPOS sales.
PARENT HELP REQUIRED – We require parent volunteers to assist with Book Fair sales on Wednesday 10th September - 8.00am-9.00am, 4.00pm-5.00pm as well as Thursday 11th September - 8.00am-9.00am, 4.00pm-5.00pm, and for packdown 5.00pm-5.30pm
